Bound
Application
A bound application is an application that is bound to
program content. The application is terminated when the
user tunes to another channel service. Bound applications are
typically signaled and delivered on the same data transport
stream as the video. The life of the application is tied to a
television program.

A build is the binary data of the transport stream. The build
