Create a Trusted Host
Introduction
The TSBroadcaster allows trusted hosts to perform some operations, such as logging
events, without logging in to the server. This allows systems such as data update
systems to work closely with the TSBroadcaster without having to distribute
TSBroadcaster user account information. A trusted host is represented as a reference
address and a mask. To determine if a client is trusted, ensure that the address is on
the same base network as the server. If the two are the same, the client is trusted. In
other words, the reference address and the address mask are logically ANDed
together bitwise. Any address that is “bitwise ANDed” with its netmask will reveal
the address of the network to which it belongs.
