The player or transfer player fails. 

If the Player or Transfer Player status is Failed, try the following: 
• 

If the player is on a separate machine, check that it is on, physically connected, and 

visible on the network at the specified address. 

• 

Check the player parameters. 

• 

Edit the player parameters and re-enter the password.
