If an application does not launch or terminate when the red line on the View 

Playouts Page meets the end of the relevant playout bar, it indicates that the client 

system time has not been synchronized with the TSBroadcaster server time.  

Change the client or server system times to match each other. Then the applications 

will launch and terminate when the red line crosses the end of the playout bar.
