Create a Carousel, Continued

Enter the following data on the Create Carousel Page. 

The name used by the TSBroadcaster to refer to the 

new carousel 

The carousel ID (also known as the download ID). 

The TSBroadcaster must be configured to use 

download IDs that are distinct from the numbers 

used for Broadcast File System (BFS). We 

recommend that you choose BFS Source IDs with 

values less than 0x00007FFF and that you configure 

the TSBroadcaster with carousel IDs with values 

greater than 0x00007FFF. 

The PID to be used to carry this carousel in the 

Transport Stream 

The association tag to be used to reference the 

carousel from a PMT 

The maximum bit rate allocated for this carousel. 

The TSBroadcaster will manage the allocation of bit 

rate to applications played out in the carousel.
