Activating SBE
In preparation for activating SBE, we completed the following steps:
1 We enabled licensing
2 We turned on the DIS flag
The rest of the SBE activation process is automatic; within 72 hours of your enabling

licensing and the DIS flag, billing will send type 8 EMMs to your set-top box and
