3  Type your message text in all supported languages using the Language list Enter 

Text box at the bottom of the tab.  
Important: To make this procedure easier, you can change the default 

configuration language on the Tools menu. Refer to Choosing a Default 

Configuration Language (on page 102) for more information. 

4  On the File menu, click Save. 
5  Repeat this procedure for other messages if desired.
