Web Server Not Running
To run Report Writer, the Apache HTTP Server must be running on the DNCS
server.
1 Log in to the DNCS server as root.
2 Type ps –ef | grep httpd and press Enter.
3 Does the information on your screen look similar to the following example:

If yes, the Apache HTTP Server is running.
If no, type /etc/rc2.d/S99http and press Enter to start the Apache HTTP
