Using Remote Configuration Capabilities 
A Model GS7000 Node can be configured from the headend ONLY if certain pieces 
of software are loaded at the headend, as follows. 
  
If MG-Soft Browser is used:  GS7000 Proprietary MIB (part number 7010289) is 
required.  This MIB has most of the configuration elements, some others (i.e., 
reverse port settings are in the HMS MIB). 
  
If Transmission Network Control System (TNCS) is used:  TNCS version 3.1.30 
or later, that includes a GS7000 devtype file, is required (ATL_RosaEM_3.1.50). 
  
If Tollgrade Cheetah Net monitoring software is used:  Although Cheetah 3.2 has 
HMS capabilities, it requires a GS7000 proprietary driver to fully configure a 
node.
