Allows you to override the Location ID so that site announcement
messages (site-announce AMMs) can be sent to the DTAs. When
you select this option (so that a checkmark appears in the box), all
Site Announcement messages from this DTACS are overridden
with the Location ID of 0 (zero).

Location ID
A unique identifier for a headend associated with a specific DTA
Control System. This ID is inserted into Site Announcement
broadcast messages and DTA Network Config unicast messages.
