6  Follow these instructions to verify the installed version of Alarm Manager client 
software. 
a  From the DBDS Alarm Manager 1.0 window, click the Alarm Manager icon 
(red bell on the left).  
Result:  The Alarm Manager window appears. 
 
b  Click Help and then select About. The About window appears. 
c  Is the version of Alarm Manager client software version 1.0.1.3? 
– 
If yes, you have successfully installed the Alarm Manager client software. 
– 
If no, call Cisco Services for assistance in determining why the incorrect 
version of Alarm Manager client software installed.
