4 Type echo "/home/rainbow/release/installTed.sh" >> /etc/rc.d/rc.local and press

After you have verified and repaired the /etc/rc.d/rc.local file on the Rev D TED FX
server, you must reboot the Rev D TED FX server.

1 Log on to the DNCS/ISDS as root user
2 Open an xterm window on the DNCS/ISDS.
3 Type rsh dncsted and press Enter. A result similar to the following appears on

Important: Wait at least 2 minutes for the TED FX server to reboot.
5 After waiting at least 2 minutes for the TED FX server to reboot, log on to the
DNCS/ISDS as root user.
6 In an xterm window on the DNCS/ISDS, type rsh dncsted ps -ax | grep devted
and press Enter. A result similar to the following displays on the screen:
