The Blocking PIN Trial Timer option lets you specify the length of the timer (in 

minutes) that starts when a subscriber enters an incorrect blocking PIN. If the 

subscriber tries too many times to enter a PIN before this timer runs out, then the 

set-top locks out the channel.
