Download New Software to an SDV Server

3 Enter the following in the Software Download for Server <Name of SDV Server>

a In the Image Download String and the Image Execute String fields, type the

4 Choose one of the following options to download software to an SDV server:
Click Download to only download the software to the SDV server, and then

5 Wait for a ―successful download‖ message and select OK. The Last Software
Download Status remains InProgress unless Retrieve Download Status is

If yes, you have successfully retrieved the software image. Go to step 8.
If no, contact Cisco Services.
8 Do you want to install the software?
If yes, click Reset and then go to step 9.
If no, you have completed the procedures to retrieve the latest software.
9 Wait for ―InProgress‖ to appear in Last Software Download Status field and then
click Retrieve Download Status.
