10 Did the Software Revision and Current Software Image fields change to reflect
the new software version?
If yes, you have successfully downloaded and installed the new software.
If no, wait a few minutes and click Retrieve Download Status because the
download and install function may not have completed. If these fields do not
update with the current software, contact Cisco Services.
