5  Follow these instructions to kill active sessions. 

a  Type the following command and press Enter. The system removes all active 

sessions from the database. 

b  Type the following command again and press Enter. 

c  Did a message appear indicating that there are active sessions? 

– 

If yes, call Cisco Services. 

– 

If no, go to step 6. 

6  Close all GUIs and WUIs. 
7  Type the following commands and press Enter after each command to clear 

database sessions.
