The Report Writer software enables you to generate reports that collect data from the 

Digital Network Control System (DNCS) or IPTV Service Delivery System (ISDS) 

database, poll Digital Home Communication Terminals (DHCTs) for information, 

and collect system information. The reports are created in a Hypertext Markup 

Language (HTML) format, so you can view them through a web browser, and you 

can print them.  
This guide supports Report Writer 4.3, which is compatible in the following system 

controllers and system releases (SRs):
