If you notice that your system is unstable after having installed SARA 

Server 3.4.1, contact Cisco Services. Cisco Services engineers may 

determine that you need to remove the SARA Server software and 

reinstall the previous version.  
Follow the procedures in this appendix to restore your system to its 

condition before you installed SARA Server 3.4.1. This procedure is 

known as a rollback. 
Important! Do not start this rollback procedure without first 

contacting Cisco Services. 

This rollback procedure rolls back only the executable files. Any 

database changes are not rolled back. These database changes are 

permanent and will have no negative impact upon systems that are 

rolled back.
