Example: If the Default Duration for the RMT of your EAS encoder/decoder is
60 minutes, your Delay Between Repeats value must be
[(60/2 = 30) + 1 = 31 x 60 = 1860 seconds].

Setting Up Monthly Tests
This section provides procedures for setting up the RMT on the ISDS.
1 On the ISDS Administrative Console, click the ISDS tab.
2 Click the System Provisioning tab.
3 Click EAS Config. The Set Up Emergency Alert System Configuration window
