6.  IF CUCM is integrated with Active Directory you will not be able to create the end user in CUCM 

a.  The AD admin must create a user for you 

b.  Once created the user can be viiewed in CUCM and the CUCM admin can then add the 

user to the End User group and associate all of the devices 

c.  Note that if AD integration is used the password may expire and thus must be updated in 

Cisco StadiumVision Director.
