How to Configure Cisco Unified IP Phone Localization

Downloading the CUCM User Locale Software
To download the CUCM user locale software, complete the following steps:

Installing the CUCM User Locale Software
To install the CUCM user locale software, complete the following steps:
Step 1
Install the user locale software that you downloaded.

Install the COP file on every server in a cluster.
Step 3
After you install the COP file, you must restart each of the CUCM servers.

Once the servers are restarted, you can configure the locale on the IP phone.

You must reset the IP phone once a locale is applied.
