After an upgrade, this phone cannot be ordered by default. You must associate the new phone types to the appropriate subscriber roles in the desired 
Domains. You can do so using the Subscriber Role Configuration page (Advanced Setup > Policies > Subscriber Roles). For information on associating

10. For Third-party SIP Devices, Provisioning Manager supports only the following provisioning attributes: AAR Calling Search Space, Calling Search 

Space, Common Device Configuration, Device Description, Device Pool, Device Security Profile, Media Resource Group List, MLPP Domain, Owner 
User ID, and Retro Video Call as Audio (supported only for Advanced).
