In Self-Care > Line Settings > Call Forward, if you enter a value in the No
Answer Ring Duration field, click Save, navigate to another Self-Care screen,
and then return to the Call Forward screen, the value that you entered and saved
in the Call Forward screen does not appear.
If you provision an Authentication Server URL on 79xx phone models, and the
URL exceeds 90 characters, the URL value is not updated, and CallManager is
not notified.
If you click in the following screens shortly after creating, modifying, or deleting
a site or profile, an error is displayed stating that the item cannot be found and
the list of sites or profiles disappears:
Site Configuration screen
Usage Profile configuration screen
In the Add User dialog box, if you select Chosen Line in the Line Type
drop-down box, and then, in the Directory Number field, enter a directory
number that contains an improperly formatted number with special characters,
the following error message is displayed: “The circumflex must appear within
brackets.”
When using Internet Explorer, the status for deploying a site is not updated in the
interface.
When using Internet Explorer, site data is not displayed in the right-side frame
under certain conditions. Instead, the following error is displayed: “There was an
error while parsing and rendering the content.”
Voice mail is not removed as part of a Remove Line request on a service order
as expected.
