Open Bugs in Provisioning Manager 9.0BE
Bug ID
Symptom
When you create a usage profile, there is no progress bar to indicate the status of 
the creation operation.
In Self-Care > Phone Settings > Do Not Disturb, if you enter a single character 
in the DND Options field, no message is displayed to indicate that it is an invalid 
entry. 
In Self-Care > Phone Settings > Locale, if you select a value in the User Locale 
drop-down list, click Save, navigate to another Self-Care screen, and then return 
to the Locale screen, the locale that you selected and saved does not appear.
