3. CCX at the end of a Hardware name means “Contact Center Express.” This is a new acronym and name (in 2006) for IPCC Express. The full name is Cisco Unified

Contact Center Express or Unified CCX.

4. Before updating your CRS product software on an MCS-7825H-3400, (HP Groton Phase 3) computer, you need to download from CCO an important patch to the

operating system for the HP MCS-7825H-3400. You can download it from

5. The OS version for MCS-7825-H2-CCX1 must be 2000.4.4a minimum.
6. DL380-G5 requires OS 2000.4.5 or OS 2003.1.2a.
7. The supported processor speed for HPDL380-G5 is 2.33 GHz.
8. Only Standard Protection mode is supported.
9. Please see the Unified CM compatibility matrix for the recommended BARS version.
10. CAD/CSD/CDA is not supported in 64-bit versions of the client operating system.
11. The computer on which you install the Cisco CRS Historical Reports client must be running the following software: Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher,

Microsoft Data Access Component (MDAC) version 2.7 or higher and Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 or higher (if the computer is running Microsoft Windows

2000).

12. You should disable the Internet Explorer pop-up blocker when using Internet Explorer, Version 7.0, with the CRS Application Administration web application. This is not

necessary when using it with CAD or CSD.
