Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reporting Problems
Some information appears in English on a German system
Symptom   
On a Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports client computer with an English version of 
Windows for which the system locale has been set to German, the Search dialog box and the Preview tab 
on the Report Viewer still appear in English.
Error Message   
None
.
Possible Cause   
Limitation of the Report Viewer.
Recommended Action   
Install a German version of the operating system
The Historical Reports client computer cannot connect to the Cisco Unified CCX 
server
Symptom   
The Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports client computer is unable to connect to the Cisco 
Unified CCX server. The Historical Reports Client log file shows the following message:
Error Message   
Not associated with a trusted connection
.
Possible Cause   
SQL server is not being accessed with the proper authentication.
Recommended Action   
On the Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reporting client computer, complete the 
following steps:
Step 1
Choose Start > Programs > Microsoft SQL Server n > Enterprise Manager, where n is a version 
number.
Step 2
Double-click Microsoft SQL Servers.
Step 3
Double-click SQL Server Group.
Step 4
From the SQL Server group, right-click the name of the server on which the Cisco Unified CCX 
databases reside.
Step 5
Choose Properties.
Step 6
Choose the Security tab.
Step 7
Click the Windows only radio button.
Step 8
Click OK.
A Database Connection Error 5051 error appears
Symptom   
When you try to log into the Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reporting client software on the 
client computer, a Database Connection Error 5051 is displayed.
Error Message   Error 5051
Possible Cause   
Network connectivity is down or the client connection setting is incorrect.
Recommended Action
