Upgrading CTI OS to 8.5(1)

CTI OS Upgrade Prerequisites

Before you install CTI OS 8.5(1) make sure that the prerequisites listed in these documents
have been met:

About the CTI OS 8.5(1) Installer

There is only one CTI OS installer. When you run it, it automatically detects all CTI OS
components installed on the current machine and upgrades each to 8.5(1).
