AGENT_DESK_SETTINGS_REQ
 defines the format of the AGENT_DESK_SETTINGS_REQ message:
The AGENT_DESK_SETTINGS_CONF message confirms receipt of the request and provides the query 
response:
ClientID (client 
only)
The ClientID of the server application terminating the call 
recording service, provided by CTIServer when this 
message is sent to a client application.

The IP address of the server application terminating the call 
recording service, provided by CTIServer when this 
message is sent to a client application.
