The Configuration Manager application (Launcher.exe) allows for instance level Config users
to invoke it. However, the active directory tools (User List Tool and Agent Explorer Tool)
within Configuration Manager will fail if they try to access Active Directory. For all the tools
to function properly, the Config user can right-click on the icon and click on “Run as
Administrator”, and then provide the credentials of a Setup user. If the logon user is a Setup
user, the Configuration Manager will work properly for all the tools in it.

Administration Tools Folder
The following tools are available in this folder:

Configuration Manager. Lets you set up and maintain your environment. The configuration
includes the hardware within the system, the services provided by the system, and the agents
who provide them.
