Central Database
The central database on the Logger contains the following types of data:
Full configuration information for the enterprise
All routing scripts—current and, if you choose to save them, past versions
Event data
Call detail data
Five-minute summary data
Half-hour only historical data, which consists of application gateway, campaign, dialer skill
group, network trunk group, physical controller, route, trunk group, and translation route
data
Interval historical data (15-minute or half-hour), which consists of agent, agent skill group,
call type, call type skill group, campaign query rule, dialer, peripheral, service, and skill
group data
The Unified ICM central database maintains five-minute summary and interval (15-minute or
half-hour) historical data for each:
Route
Service
Skill group
Trunk group
It also maintains five-minute summary data for Routing Clients and Scripts data for Application
Gateways and Network Trunk Groups. Although you can view these data in reports, you cannot
modify them directly or indirectly.
