persvc15: Peripheral Service Tasks Abandoned Daily Report

The enterprise name for the service
Derived from: Service.EnterpriseName

The number of tasks to a service or route that were abandoned during the 

interval (for example, during the current half-hour). An abandoned task is a 

task in which the caller hangs up before the call is answered.
Derived from: Service_Half_Hour.CallsAbandQToHalf

Subject

A bar graph of the selected Peripheral Service(s) showing the 

number of tasks abandoned per day.

Purpose

To show the daily tasks abandoned by the selected peripheral 

service(s).
