Inbound Time
The time in HH:MM:SS (hours, minutes, seconds) that trunks in the group have been in
use for inbound tasks during the current half-hour interval.

Subject
A bar graph of the time (in seconds) that all ports were busy since
the end of the last half-hour interval.

To show current amount of activity on IVR ports
Use this report to ensure that your system is performing optimally.
You should alert your system administrator if you see a consistent
pattern of greater than half-hour all trunk busy conditions. This is
an early warning that more IVR ports are needed to fulfill your
