How to Refresh the Cache
Template file names are stored in a cache on the WebView server. At startup,
WebView reads this cache to determine what templates are available for use.

When you create a new template, it might be necessary to refresh the cache before
your new template becomes visible in WebView.

To Refresh the Cache Immediately, Without Restarting IIS
Step 1
Open the report category for the new template.
Step 2
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Step 3
Click Refresh the list of templates.
This is new functionality in WebView 7.0(0).
How to Run a Report from the New Template in WebView
Once you have refreshed the cache, you can run a report based on the new
template.

Step 1
From the report menus on the left side of the WebView screen, expand the menu
that corresponds to the template’s report type.

Select Create a Report.
Step 3
Select the template and Click Next.
Step 4
As prompted, select whatever items you want to include in the report. If you are
creating an historical report, you will also be prompted to specify a date/time
range.
