TPRetryIRROnFailure. This entry tells the PIM whether to send the 
default value (set in the Unified ICM configuration tools) if the PIM 
receives an invalid reason code when an agent goes idle. If set to one 
(1), the PIM sends the default idle reason code. If set to zero (0), the 
PIM does not send the default idle reason code.  

 

TPUpdateOPCOnRetry. This entry tells the PIM whether to update 
OPC when a retry on sending the default idle reason code is issued. If 
set to one (1), the PIM sends the default idle reason code. If set to zero 
(0), the PIM does not send the default idle reason code. 

Change your configuration first on the Aspect ACD, then in Unified ICM 
configuration. This order ensures that the PG sees the configuration 
updates on the Aspect ACD systems.
