CALL_TRANSFERRED_EVENT
The CTI Server may send a CALL_TRANSFERRED_EVENT message to the CTI client when a call is 
transferred to another destination. The CALL_TRANSFERRED_EVENT message is defined in 
ConnectedPartyCallID 
(optional)
The Call ID value assigned to 
one of the conference call 
parties. There may be more 
than one Connected Party 
CallID field in the message 
(see NumParties).
