Step 6
Ensure that the side A machines have returned no errors following the upgrade 
and the subsequent reboot.
a.
Check the log for errors. The icmsetup.log file is located in the C:\temp 
directory. Change to the C:\temp directory and perform the following 
command line checks.
Search for errors using: findstr /i error icmsetup.log.
Note
No response indicates no errors were found.
Search for failures using: findstr /i fail icmsetup.log.
Note
No response indicates no failures were found.
If you wish, review the log in Notepad using: notepad icmsetup.log.
Stop ICM side B
To stop ICM side B:
Step 1
Stop the side B Router, Logger, and AW/HDS (in that specific order) using the 
local service control. Set all ICM services to Manual.
Note
Stop all services individually. Do not use the Stop All option.
