On the Support Tools nodes, install:

ICM 4.6.2 or ICM 5.0(0) to ICM/IP Contact Center Enterprise
Edition, Release 6.0(0) Technology Refresh Upgrade Migration
Tasks

The Technology Refresh method of ICM upgrade migration involves building a
new system at the required Cisco ICM/IP Contact Center Enterprise Edition,
Release 6.0(0) hardware and software levels.

To accomplish this upgrade you must:

•

Load the new hardware with:

–

MS Windows 2000 SP4

–

MS SQL 2000 SP3a

–

the ICM 4.6.2 or ICM 5.0(0) registry (as applicable)

–

the Logger database

–

the HDS database

–

the AW database

–

Custom templates and saved reports (ICM 4.6.2 only)

–

Third Party Tools (for WebView only)

–

WebView database (if custom templates exist - ICM 5.0(0) only)
