From the Cisco ICM media, run ICM setup to first upgrade the side B Router, then

On the Question screen the following message is displayed:

Select Upgrade All. The Upgrade all ICM instances dialog appears.

Press OK to upgrade all instance components of this system.

Do not proceed if the upgrade states that it cannot remove files from the \icm\bin
directory.
