Washing is not spun 
sufficiently, excess wa-
ter is still visible in the 
drum.

Error code 

E20

 The RINSE (SPOE-

LEN, RINCAGE) 
indicator flashes.

There is a kink in the outlet 
hose.

Straighten the hose.

The maximum pump height 
(outlet hose height 1m from 
from the support surface of 
the appliance) has been 
exceeded. 

Call Customer Service, who 
have modification kits avail-
able as accessories for pump 
heights over 1m.

The detergent solution pump 
is clogged.

Switch off the appliance and 
pull out the mains plug. 

At the syphon coupling: 
The syphon is clogged.

Clean the syphon.

The door does not open 
while the appliance is 
switched on.

The door is locked due to 
high water level or high 
temperature.  

Wait till the programme has 
finished, and the END 
(EINDE, FIN) indicator light is 
on.

However, if you still need to 
open the door:
Set the programme selector 
to OFF (UIT, ARRET); Turn the 
programme selector to PUMP 
OUT (POMPEN, VIDANGE). 
Press the START/PAUSE 
(START/PAUZE, MARCHE/
PAUSE) button.
When the water has been 
pumped out, the door can be 
opened.
