MessagesKOutbox

Messages are temporarily stored in 

this folder until they are sent.
Status of the messages:

The message is being sent.

This message is waiting, if there are 

two similar message types in the 

Outbox for sending.

If transmission has failed, the proce-

dure will be repeated after a time-

out period.

This message is on hold.

If the maximum number of unsuc-

cessful transmission attempts has 

been reached, transmission has 

failed. You can try to send the mes-

sage again by selecting 

OptionsK

. 

Happens when user sends an email 

and is not online at this time.

All messages required for status in-

formation are collected in this folder, 

e.g. a confirmation required by 

(p. 37). Each recipient 

has his own report.

Select required message type and 

press the joystick.
