Report Printer Setup Button

The printer setup button launches the windows printer setup form to allow the user to select:

1.

The printer

2.

The paper

3.

Paper orientation

4.

Page(s) to print

5.

Number of copies to be printed.

Report Print Button

The print button initiates the print operation according to the printer setup.

The Alarm Analysis report allows the system manager to run a report, which will analyse the alarm
history for a selected period, then display a statistical report.

The report will give for each day from Monday to Sunday the alarm count on that day, the peak time for
alarms, the percentage of the total alarms received for the period.

It will also give for a selected number of zones, the most activated zone(s)  how many alarm
occurrences on each day , Monday to Sunday, the total number of alarm occurrences for the period.

This report can also be set-up to run automatically at a specific time every day, using an option on the
‘User Setup’ Screen.

To run the alarm analysis report manually:

1.

From the Main screen click ‘Log on’

The menu panel displays.

2.

Select ‘Reports’ ! ‘Alarm Analysis’.

Or

Click the ‘Alarm Analysis Report’ button (button with the Graph icon)

The Alarm Analysis report setup screen displays.

3.

In the ‘From Date’ field, type in the start date for the report or click the button on the right
and select the date from the calendar
