If within the warranty period specified, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Intermatic Incorporated will repair or replace it, at its sole option, free of charge.

This warranty is extended to the original household purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to: (a) damage to units caused by accident, dropping or

abuse in handling, acts of God or any negligent use; (b) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart or otherwise modified; (c) units not used in

accordance with instructions; (d) damages exceeding the cost of the product; (e) sealed lamps and/or lamp bulbs, LED’s and batteries; (f) the finish on any portion of the product,

such as surface and/or weathering, as this is considered normal wear and tear; (g) transit damage, initial installation costs, removal costs, or reinstallation costs.
INTERMATIC INCORPORATED WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR

The load being controlled by your photo control will be on even if installation is done during daylight hours. Allow a few minutes for the photo control to
operate and turn  the load off. to test the photo control in daylight, cover the photocell window completely and wait for the load to switch on (up to five
minutes may be needed). If this does not work, switch breaker off and wait ten minutes. Switch breaker on.The load should be on.

La carga que está siendo controlada por el fotocontrol estará encedida aún si la instalación se realiza durante el día. Permita algunos minutos para que el
fotocontrol funcione y apague la carga. Para probar el fotocontrol durante el día, cubra la fotocelda completament y espere a que la carga se encienda. (Se
pueden requerir hasta cinco minutos). Si este no funciona, Apague el interruptor y espere diez minutos.Encienda el interruptor. La carga deberá encenderse.

La charge contrôlée par votre contrôle photoélectrique sera active même si l'installation s'effectue pendant le jour. Allouez quelues minutes au contrôle pho-
toélectrique pour fonctionner et désactiver la charge. Pour faire l'essai du contrôle pendant le jour, recouvrez complètement l'ouverture photoélectrique et
attendez que la charge s'active (une attente  de cinq minutes peut être nécessaire). Si cela ne fonctionne pas, désactivez le disjoncteur et attendez dix
minutes. Activez le disjoncteur. La charge devrait être activée.
