6. Paper Type
You have the option to indicate a specific paper type for each
tray. It is advisable to use these indications especially for those
trays, from which special or coloured paper is to be fed.
– Touch the tray, for which you want to enter or change an
indication.
– Use the arrows to select any one of the following indications:
–  no indication
  RECYCL = Recyling Paper
–  COLOUR = Coloured Paper
  LTRHD
= Letterhead
–  SPEC
= Special
–  LABELS = Labels
  INVOIC = Invoice forms
–  LEGAL
= Legal
This function allows to lock job memory settings, protecting
them against overwriting, and to delete job memory settings.
– Touch the required job memory. If necessary use the arrows to
scroll the screens.
– Press the Job Lock key to protect the job memory against
being overwritten with new settings.
– If you press a place with a padlock symbol, you have cancelled
the job lock protection. The settings for this job memory can
now be overwritten.
– If you press DELETE, the settings for this job memory are
deleted.
5. Lock / Delete Job Memory
Important!
Deleting job memories will cancel all settings programmed for
that copy job. These settings can no longer be recalled, and the
action of deleting not be reversed.
