The Application screen can be individually configured, with
function keys rearranged or completely deactivated as required.
– In order to customize the Application screen, press EDIT; in the
next screen, press IMAGE EDIT or FILE EDIT for the screen
part you wish to change.
– The activated Customize screen displays all available functions
on the right. Touch the key of a function you wish to make
available, then press ADD. The function is now displayed on
the left side of the screen and is no longer available on the
right.
– Repeat this procedure for all functions you wish to be active in
the Application screen. To deactivate an already selected
function, press the corresponding key on the left, then press
DEL. The function key will disappear on the left and become
available again on the right side of this screen. When all
required functions have been selected, confirm by pressing
OK.
– It is possible to check the previous arrangement of the
Application screen by pressing Pre-set. The Application screen
activated previously will be displayed. Leave this display by
pressing OK.
– If you want to recall the default setting of the Application
screen (i.e. all functions are available), you can do this by
pressing Initialize. This will cancel all individual selections.
Leave this screen by pressing RETURN.
– Confirm all selections made by pressing OK in the screen,
which is now displayed. If you press CANCEL at this stage, this
will cancel all selections just made.
14. Application Customize
In this function you can print the following data /information:
Job Memory List:
Programmed settings of all copy jobs
User Setting List:
Information about all settings made in the
key operator mode. This also includes all EKC
counters with registered copy quantities and
allocated copy limits.
Font Pattern:
Font patterns used in the system
