On the Output Setting screen of the Recall function, you can configure the 
settings for outputting stored copied data or confidential output print jobs.

HDD” on page 4-21.

File Check

Pressing this key displays a list of settings of the selected file.

File Combination

You can output all the selected files at once. At maximum, you can 
combine 5 files at one time.

Image Combination

You can output images of all the selected files at once. At maxi-
mum, you can combine 5 files at one time.

FileDelete

Pressing this key deletes the selected file. On the confirmation 
screen, press the [Yes] key to delete the file.

Clear All

Reset all the output settings.

WaitOutput

After recalling data, the [Machine] screen appears. You can 
change the setting. For more information, refer to “The flow of op-
eration of the Wait Output and Proof Output” on page 4-25.

Proof Output

When a number of copies are printed, the [Machine] screen ap-
pears after printing one copy. If you see no problem, press the 
start button to restart the output. For more information, refer to 
“The flow of operation of the Wait Output and Proof Output” on 
page 4-25.

AutoOutput

If this key is pressed, the output starts without pressing the start 
button.
