Transmitting a Print Job to a Copier in Which the Copy Track

If the Copy Track function is enabled in the copier, it is necessary to enter
the access number before running a print cycle. For the procedure to set

Select the “Job Management” tab.

Select “Access Code” and enter an access number (3 digits, 0 to 998)

Transmit a job.
When a division No. entered is a valid division No. of the copier, the
job will be printed and counted for the division No. specified.
