Settings
Select [POSITION] from the main menu, and 
select the item from the sub-menu.
Refer to Navigating through the menu 
(
 page 44) for the operation of the menu 
screen.

After selecting the item, press ▲▼◀▶ to set.
[SHIFT]
You can move the image position vertically or 
horizontally if the image position projected on the 
screen is shifted even when the relative position of the 
projector and the screen is installed correctly.
1)  Press ▲▼ to select [SHIFT].
2)  Press the <ENTER> button.

3)  Press ▲▼◀▶ to adjust the position.

◀▶ or the <ENTER> button.

Pictures are displayed without changing the 
aspect ratio of the input signals.
[VID AUTO]
The projector identifies the video ID (VID) 
embedded in the image signals and displays the 
image by automatically switching the screen sizes 
between 4:3 and 16:9. This function is effective for 
NTSC signals.
[S1 AUTO]
The projector identifies the S1 signal, and displays 
the image by automatically switching the screen 
sizes between 4:3 and 16:9. This function is 
effective for NTSC signals of S-VIDEO.
[VID AUTO(PRI.)]
The projector identifies the above VID and S1 
signals, and displays the image by automatically 
switching the screen sizes between 4:3 and 16:9 
in accordance with VID if it detects VID, or S1 
signal if it does not detect VID. This function is 
effective for NTSC signals of S-VIDEO.
[AUTO]
The projector identifies the video ID (VID) 
embedded in the image signals and displays the 
image by automatically switching the screen sizes 
between 4:3 and 16:9. This function is effective for 
480i/480p signals.
