Pull the standard input tray (A) until it clicks into
place, then pull it completely out, lifting the front part
of the tray.

Clean the pickup rollers (A) with a cloth lightly
moistened with water, and let all parts dry thoroughly.

Insert the standard input tray into the unit, lifting the
front part of the tray. Then push it completely into the
unit.
14.5 Cleaning the drum cartridge
Important:
If the groove of the drum cartridge is dirty, lines
or dirty patterns may appear on printed sheets.
Be sure to remove any toner remaining on the
inside of the drum cartridge to maintain the print
quality.
R A cleaner for the drum cartridge is supplied with the
replacement toner cartridge. If you replace only the
toner cartridge, clean the drum cartridge using the
cleaner.
R Insert the cleaner (A) into the left groove (B) and
move it from side to side at least 3 times to clean the
inside of the drum cartridge. Repeat this for the right
groove (C).
