not light when you press a button, the battery must be replaced.

*1 You can configure the smart plug so that its LED indicator does not light in most states. See  “Setting

device profiles (device names, locations, and other settings)”, Page 101.

*2 In this case, the smart plug will turn off automatically. To turn the smart plug on again, disconnect it

from the power outlet, disconnect the connected electric device, and then connect it again.

You can use the system as an alarm system. When the alarm system is triggered, such as when motion
is detected or when a window or door is opened, the system can:
– send a notification to your mobile devices ( “Status notifications”, Page 42)
– call a pre-programmed phone number (such as your mobile phone or work phone) and play a

message to alert you to the situation ( “Alert by phone call”, Page 52)

– execute a smart control scenario, such as recording camera images or turning on a smart plug
