Auto sensor programs 
14.  Jacket potatoes 200 g - 1500 g
To cook jacket potatoes with a crisper drier skin. Choose 
medium sized potatoes 200-250 g per potato, for best 
results. Wash and dry potatoes and prick with a fork several 
times. Place on wire shelf in lower shelf position. Select 
program number 14. Touch START.
15.  Casserole 900 g - 2000 g
For cubed meat (e.g. braising steak, lamb, pork, not 
chicken) and vegetables. Place in a suitable sized casserole 
dish with stock. Use a minimum of 400 ml of stock. If you 
use a cook-in sauce, also add the same quantity of water. 
Cover with lid. Place on base of oven. Select program 
number 15. Touch START. Stir twice during cooking at 
beeps.
16.  Meat sauce 450 g - 2000 g
To cook raw mince beef based sauce, i.e. Bolognese sauce 
and also very fi nely diced chicken or pork fi llet to be cooked 
in a sauce. Ensure a minimum quantity of 300 ml liquid or 
sauce. If using a cook-in sauce add equal quantity of water 
to cook-in sauce. Cover with a lid. Place on base of oven. 
Select program number 16. Touch START. Stir twice during 
cooking at beeps.
17.  Roast potatoes 400 g - 1000 g
Peel and cut potatoes into even sized pieces. Place on 
glass shelf. Add 1-3 tbsp (15-45 ml) olive oil. Place shelf 
in lower shelf position. Select program number 17. Touch 
START. Turn twice during cooking at beeps.
